We discovered a leak in our irrigation system less than three weeks after the system was started up for the season, and called our regular provider at 8:00 a.m. on Friday morning. We did not receive a call back that day. On Saturday, we received a mailer from Conserva offering a free system inspection and $20 off the first repair. I had never heard of Conserva, but was impressed by their good local reviews. I called first thing Monday morning and the owner, Jeremiah Henck, had a technician, Mike Oliver, out to our house about two hours later. I wouldn't expect this kind of response time every time, but it sure did work out well for us. Mike was able to diagnose and repair the leak with minimal disturbance to our lawn. He was extremely respectful of our property, took his time doing the work, and took great care to leave the lawn in as good condition as possible. He also performed the free inspection of our system and in general was a really nice guy who seems to love what he does and taking care of people's needs. While the work was being done, Jeremiah was available by phone and text for questions, and the repair was made at a very fair price. I hope to use these guys for all of our irrigation needs going forward. BTW, our previous provider finally called back on Monday afternoon after the repair was completed and said the soonest they could get someone out to do the repair was Thursday! Thanks, Conserva!
