This company exhibited the absolute best of professionalism. They were responsive, kept us informed at every step, provided up front details about what they could do for us, sent us a comprehensive but easily understood proposal, gave us appointment reminders, didn't upsell us, and stuck to their estimate, even when they had to go over the time because they were down a person. When I talked to them on the phone, they were polite and cheery, but absolutely knew their business. Everyone. Even the person who answered the phone and did all the admin knew the ins and outs of this business, and I wouldn't be surprised if they had spent time doing the same fieldwork-level jobs due to their knowledge. They didn't cut a single corner, they did exactly what they said they would do, and the end result was brilliant. When a prior job ran over, they gave us updates and called when they were 20 min out. When an unexpected rainstorm hit, they let us know they would use the time to get some additional supplies and come back to finish. When the job rolled into the evening, they asked if it was ok for them to finish up or if we would rather they return the next day. They explained everything after they were done, showed us each station and how it was different, and even found a water shutoff we didn't know about and told us how it worked. Absolutely above and beyond. Their attention to detail was really appreciated. They definitely take pride in their work and their products. I was also really happy about the cost. I was doubly impressed given the amount of hard and difficult labor this effort took. Thank you!! I will be telling everyone I know about this company and Jeff Young, who did all the work!
