He took effort to protect plants that needed to be temporarily moved so they could be replanted. We added drip irrigation to a flower bed, added a new sprinkler zone and added sprayers to numerous flower pots. Everything was great. He then walked us through the changes to make sure we were happy.

On the day of appointment, she texted me with the tech’s name and arrival time. Terence arrived right on time. He was polite, professional, and confident.
