From start to finish, our technician #3 (Ron) was outstanding. He took care of the initial problem that he came out for, and then helped address some other things he saw, but there was absolutely no pressure. I decided to have him go ahead with some other work that needed to be done (I had been putting it off!) and am glad that he did. When all of the work was complete, he walked me through what he had done, and made sure that it was all fine with me. He even cleaned up the areas where he had been working. The office staff were also very responsive and helpful. I will be using Conserva from now on.

Outstanding experience with Conserva Irrigation. Ron and his partner from Team #3 arrived shortly after 1 PM and went right to work after I explained the issue with my backyard irrigation coverage. In under two hours, they ran a new line and installed six additional sprinkler heads that now provide complete coverage for my entire backyard and wooded area where I’ve planted several perennials. The team was professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and took pride in their work. They didn’t just fix the problem, they improved the entire system. Now my irrigation setup is as solid as they come. We had a lawn irrigation zone that was not working following a lawn re-sod installation. We had a Conserva tune-up coupon from the mail, so we scheduled an appointment, and our lawn technician found a faulty valve and quickly replaced it. He checked all of the remaining zones and made adjustments to the other sprinkler heads for better and adequate water coverage. The work was fast, with a professional service touch. I have the best timer made, a Hunter Hydrawise (Wi-Fi), that quit communicating with my laptop after our router was upgraded. Conserva Irrigation was the company I had to use because other irrigation companies were not familiar with the Hunter. Their technician diagnosed the issue immediately, but we had to wait until 6:30 PT for Hunter home office to open. When our tech talked to them, the fix took only a very few minutes. GREAT EXPERIENCE. Enough so that we're making Conserva Irrigation our new service contractor.

I had an excellent experience with Conserva Irrigation. The technicians were prompt, called ahead to let me know when they were arriving, and were very knowledgeable. They repaired two broken sprinkler heads, thoroughly inspected my entire irrigation system, found and fixed an additional issue, and even reprogrammed my control box, which wasn’t working properly. They explained everything clearly as they worked, were professional and thorough, and their pricing was reasonable. I especially appreciated that they took the time to check the entire yard to make sure nothing was overlooked. I highly recommend them for their excellent service and attention to detail.
