Josh's service is just incredible. He returned my call in minutes, and when I described what was going on (emergency!! Massive leak from the main water supply) he came over after a full day of work just to look at it. He immediately started working on it and stayed several hours. He came back the next day and continued to work—he was very particular and wanted every little angle to be exactly right. He even ran tests and rearranged things. They weren't leaking; he just thought through where the tree roots were, the angle of the house, etc. and planned for years in the future. Then—he asked us to leave the hole open through the weekend because he wanted to check it again after it ran for several days. Of course, it was perfect because he's a perfectionist! His prices are great. He should have charged me a lot more because we really ended up being the equivalent of 2 or 2 1/2 service calls, but he only charged me for one. (Don't worry—we tipped generously because he more than earned it!) This is exactly what you hope to get when you support a locally owned business. Excellent service, top quality work, and outstanding prices. I hope we won't have any additional emergencies, but if we do—we will immediately call Josh. And we will be calling him for regular service calls from now on too!
